A 48-hour advance registration is required by Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date forpassengers under Special Requests box. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise.
